Kelly Toledano established QDRO Solutions, LLC ®. Kelly is assisted by a team of skilled assistants and attorneys, who are dedicated in being available, responsive and knowledgeable, to make this process and your experience with QDRO Solutions, LLC ®, unmatched by other QDRO service providers.
Kelly Toledano is originally from Paris, France and immigrated to the United States in 1999, where she was able to establish her dual citizenship status. Kelly acquired a degree in Paralegal studies as well as Pre-law and International Business from Nova Southeastern University; Kelly then attended the Northwestern California School of Law. During such time and following her studies Kelly worked for a well renowned Law firm, which specialized in QDRO and Pension law in the state of Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and Wisconsin. During which time Kelly drafted and administered numerous Orders, growing practice and knowledge in the field. Kelly is also a Military Spouse, actively participating in Military and Veterans Organizations; partnering with other Military Spouses in the legal profession, to grow QDRO Solutions, LLC ®.
Kelly was also the youngest Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, to conduct pretrial conference Mediation in Palm Beach County. Kelly continues to uphold her certification, conducting private and in court mediation, in English as well as in French, for issues ranging from small claims county court to family mediation.
Having over five (5) years of extensive QDRO and Pension law knowledge as well as family law through Mediation, has proven very beneficial to the business, to our clients and to our resolution outcomes.
Kelly’s philosophy is to seek resolution and to be knowledgeable and proactive in every process, so you don’t have to. Here at QDRO Solutions, LLC ®, we want to put in the time and work necessary to complete this efficiently, so you don’t have to!

Nicola (“Nick”) graduated Cum Laude and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1989, where he was a member of the Dean’s List for every semester and received the President’s Academic Award from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He was awarded and accepted the Dean’s Honor Scholarship from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the Deans List and graduated Cum Laude in 1992. He has been and remains to be an attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar since 1992, and currently owns and operates his legal practice and title insurance company in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Nick began his legal career working for a local well-established law firm in South Florida before accepting a position as the lead in house counsel for Government Contract Advisory Services, a nationwide government contract procurement and fulfillment company. He then accepted a position as the in house counsel and head patent infringement negotiator for a telecommunications company, which owned a number of valuable U.S. and International Telecommunications Patents, before establishing and operating his private practice in 1996. Nick’s practice areas include Bankruptcy, Business and Corporate Law, Domestic Relations, Probate, Real Estate and Wills and Trusts. Nick has been and continues to be lead counsel, advisor to select companies which engage in multinational business operations in the areas or merchandising, sales, technology development and real estate investment services. In addition to his law practice, he has owned and operated numerous companies, which conduct business in the areas of real estate, financial services and retail sales, and remains a valued consultant and advisor to companies and firms, which engage in varied business operations throughout the world.
Nick’s objective is to help facilitate the QDRO process by taking care of the entire preparation and administration of all Orders, from beginning to end, while maintaining a pace and client service, unmatched by any other attorney in his field.

Rachel Smith, Esq.

Rachel Smith is an experienced attorney for over 10 years. She has experience in family law, housing law, unemployment benefits, disability law, and government benefits, She is a graduate from Santa Clara University School of Law and obtained her B.A. in communications, international business, and Asian studies from Santa Clara University. She is bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and has provided legal services to the Chinese speaking community.
As a Silicon Valley native, Rachel believes that the law should be user friendly. Rachel believes the law can be unbundled to be beneficial to clients, which is why she has joined QDRO Solutions, LLC ®. Rachel’s philosophy is that the law does not always have to be acrimonious and all parties can work towards a mutually beneficial resolution.

Sandra H. Sawyer, Esq.

Sandra H. Sawyer, Esq. is a Louisiana licensed attorney with over 10 years of proven legal and leadership experience. She is a summa cum laude graduate and Valedictorian of her class at Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA where she earned a B.A. in History and Political Science. Sandra is also a graduate of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA where she earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) along with a B.A. in Civil Law studies.
Sandra is currently a self-employed Accredited Veteran Administration (VA) attorney who is dedicated and passionate about helping her clients obtain their VA benefits. She also has a comprehensive background in both Healthcare and Estate Planning Law. Sandra has been employed as well as volunteered her legal skills in various capacities, organizations and industries including corporate legal departments, law firms, legal agencies as well as SJA Offices.
One of Sandra’s most rewarding experiences is being one of the founding members of the Military Spouse JD Network (MSJDN), where she previously served as the Florida State Director. As a military spouse, she has lived in Georgia, Louisiana, Virginia, Florida, Italy and now reside in Maryland. Sandra has had a unique yet successful and rewarding career but understands all too well the challenges of being a transient spouse in the legal profession. As a result, she is a relentless advocate on behalf of other military spouses to ensure that no matter where they are stationed or what their station is in life, they are well able to live their dreams and achieve their goals, both personally and professionally.
